PSL star in druken car accident

Marumo Gallants star Gabadinho Mhango, mostly known for his Orlando Pirates stint, has put his football career in serious jeopardy.

GABADINHO MHANGO DRUNK IN CAR ACCIDENT

According to Austin Ditlhobolo, Mhango bumped into a Toyota Quantum with his Polo Tsi while under the influence of alcohol in Bloemfontein on Sunday. A witness also claimed that the former Orlando Pirates star had four female passengers in the vehicle.

The 32-year-old Malawian striker was previously suspended by his former clubs, AmaZulu and Swallows, for reporting to work drunk.

Meanwhile, it is yet to be confirmed if Mhango is in police custody or not for drunk driving. The striker was not part of the squad when Gallants claimed their first win of the season against AmaZulu Saturday.

RICHARD OFORI TO AMAZULU

Football careers have to move on. Former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Richard Ofori is looking for a new house in Durban.

The arrival of Sipho Chaine, who is a better goalkeeper when it comes to passing and distribution, was the beginning of the end for Ofori’s career at Orlando Pirates.

Melusi Buthelezi arrived a season later to make Ofori third choice.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old Ghanaian has joined AmaZulu.

“Former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Richard Ofori has reached an agreement with AmaZulu, iDiski Times has learnt,” the report said.
