Horner, aged 51, has been cleared on two occasions regarding allegations of sexual harassment and coercive behavior.
An internal investigation at Red Bull last February concluded the woman’s accusations were unfounded.
Moreover, an independent lawyer denied her appeal last August.
She was placed on suspension by Red Bull in March 2024 after the initial claims came to light.
The woman, who remains unnamed, reported months prior stating that Horner pursued her for provocative photos.
This controversy strained Horner’s marriage and caused significant tension within the Red Bull team.
Despite withstanding the fallout from the scandal, Horner was ultimately let go as Red Bull Racing’s team leader after two decades.
He held the position of the longest-serving F1 team principal after taking charge of the Austrian team at its launch in 2005.
Although he managed to retain his role following the texting scandal, Red Bull has seen a decline in both the Drivers’ and Constructors’ standings.
Horner led Red Bull to two separate periods of world championship victories: first during Sebastian Vettel’s reign from 2009-14, and now during Max Verstappen’s current era—which might be coming to an end sooner than expected.
